At Stonz Jewellers, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that preferences can change. If you’ve purchased an item that isn’t quite right, we’re pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the piece is unworn, in original condition, and returned with its packaging and proof of purchase.
Should you choose not to exchange immediately, any remaining credit will be securely stored on your customer profile for future use. This store credit will never expire, giving you the flexibility to find the perfect piece in your own time.
