Todd & Annabelle Littlewood

On a stunning day at The White Barn Bombay, Todd & Annabelle said “I do” surrounded by their closest friends and family. With heartfelt moments and picturesque scenery, their wedding was a perfect celebration of love and laughter. Hear firsthand from one of our own, Annabelle, as she shares her bespoke journey, from initial ideas to the moment she saw her dream set come to life.

Q. How did you meet?

Todd and I are a modern-day love story! Tinder gone very right. We matched in March 2018, and for our first date, I invited him over and cooked roast pork belly. He never really left after that… and honestly, I never wanted him to. Turns out, the way to his heart was through his stomach. What started with a swipe quickly turned into a love I hadn’t seen coming, but one I now couldn’t imagine life without.

Q. What was your engagement story?

Waiting for the proposal was true restraint - I knew it was coming, I just didn’t know when. Kurt had designed the ring, so I was well aware it was on its way… and being in-store every day made it nearly impossible not to sneak a look.

Then came the day, Omana Beach, late afternoon. Todd was so nervous, which totally gave it away. He’d set up a little picnic at sunset and the whole moment felt calm, intimate, and full of love. As soon as we got back home, our friends and family were all waiting to celebrate with us. It was just perfect... worth every moment of waiting.

Q. How did you know Todd was the one?

I knew Todd was the one because no matter what we’ve faced, he’s always been there - steady, supportive, and completely on my side. We’ve been through so much together, and his loyalty has never wavered. He’s the calm to my storm, he brings a peacefulness that makes everything feel right. We balance each other perfectly, and with him, life just makes sense.

"With him, nothing feels forced. It's just right... like all the pieces finally fit"

Q. How did working in the jewellery industry shape your vision and influence your journey toward choosing the perfect engagement ring?

You might think that working in the jewelry industry would simplify choosing an engagement ring, but the reality was quite the opposite. Being surrounded by countless exquisite designs every day became overwhelming!  In the end, I had to go back to what really mattered to me - something unique and meaningful. When Kurt designed the Nova setting in 2024, I remember I instantly fell in love. Choosing the Nova allowed Todd and me to collaborate and infuse the ring with our own personal touches, transforming it from a design into a symbol of our shared journey and love.

Q. How did collaborating with Kurt influence the design of your engagement ring and make the process more personal?

Kurts talent and knowledge is honestly next level! He made the entire process feel so special, from handpicking my marquise diamond, to shaping every detail with such care and intention. His eye for design, his patience, and the way be brings your ideas to life make him one of a kind. You don't often get that kind of personal, one-on-one collaboration in this industry. With Kurt, it wasn't about designing a ring - it was about creating something meaningful that will stand the test of time.

"Kurt has a rare gift, he knows how to tailor and transform an idea into something truly one-of-a-kind. For him, it’s never just about the ring; it’s about the journey, the experience, and making sure every detail reflects you"

Q. When it came to choosing the wedding band... how did you navigate this?

Because my engagement ring features an organically shaped band, I knew from the beginning that a custom-made wedding ring would be essential to ensure a perfect fit. One thing I always tell anyone beginning the search for their wedding band is that you truly don’t know what works until you start trying things on. Some designs complement your ring beautifully, others don’t... but the process itself helps you gain clarity and confidence in your choice. Ultimately, I decided on a 9ct plain, organically shaped band that sits flush alongside my engagement ring.

Q. As someone who doesn’t usually wear jewellery Todd, how did you go about choosing a wedding band that felt comfortable and true to you?

Annabelle made the whole process genuinely fun, it was never overwhelming. It was all about coming in-store, trying on different settings, and figuring out what felt right. I was really drawn to the black look from the beginning, and talking through the carbon fibre options with her helped everything click into place. Learning that carbon fibre rings are lightweight, strong, and built to last is ultimately what sold me. In the end, I chose a 9ct rose gold and carbon fibre 7mm band. Something that feels like me and will stand the test of time.

Q. What was your favorite detail from the wedding that you’ll never forget?

We chose to keep things small and intimate, just our closest family and friends. It felt right to celebrate our love with the people who have been there every step of the way, those who’ve supported us and shared in our journey. That’s what made the day truly special.

Q. Do you have any advice to future newlyweds?

Take a moment to really pause and soak in your wedding day. It’s easy to get swept up in all the planning, the small details, and the pressure to make everything perfect. But in the whirlwind of it all, don’t forget what truly matters—the two of you and the love you’re celebrating. This day is a beautiful milestone in your journey together, a moment that will become a memory you carry forever. So, amidst the excitement and even the stress, find time to be present with each other, to look around and to feel the joy of this incredible beginning.

"It's those quiet shared moments that will stay with you long after the day is over"
